Delivery Policy
NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED for Digital Goods.
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided during checkout. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information and instructions you need to access or view your purchased.
Our Digital Goods are current delivered online immediately after check out process.
You will instantly (within 0-30 minutes) receive:
- A Download Link for downloadable products; or
- A Redeem Code for Game Card or Gift Card purchased; or
- Game Points or Virtual Items for Direct Topup in specified game server’s account; or
- Mobile Credits or E-wallet Credits for Reload Service.
You will be able to view Download Link and Redeem code(s) you purchased, and check the status for Direct Topup and Reload Service(s) you order in your “My Account” section in the account created on IDPW.ASIA.
If you do not receive the Digital Good upon purchasing, you can immediately contact our customer support LiveChat or through Email to us with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
